Our client is seeking an eSupport /QA tester who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day communication between the company, its customers, and external agents via various online and social media outlets. Assists in developing and maintaining forums, third party message boards, and acts as a Tester for website content. This person will also be responsible for QA testing new digital products before going public, spotting flaws and potential pitfalls, and making improvement recommendations.
This full-time employee position is located in Wilton, CT.
Skills and Qualifications:
•        Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA and/or eSupport environment
•        Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate the company brand
•        Penchant for detail
•        Ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers
