Our client is seeking an Epic Application Analyst - Home Health Billing who will provide ongoing support and build of the application and utilize knowledge of the stakeholder requirements to perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software. The individual will serve as a liaison between users and the Epic Home health team and must possess a full understanding of the PPS and non-PPS Home Health Billing revenue cycle and the revenue cycle as it pertains to Epic. The analyst will perform support functions pertaining to RAP, Billing, Claims, Payment Posting, insurance and guarantor follow-up, remittance processing, denial management, management reporting, and dashboards.
This is a Full-Time Employee Position located in Yonkers, NY.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
  • Must attend Epic training and meet the requirements for certification
  • A minimum of 3 years working in a clinical, healthcare business, or technical position
  • Knowledge of Charges, Claims, Statement and Remittance, RTE and Batch Eligibility
  • Background with work queue processing, dashboards, and reports
  • Programming or other technical skills
  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Application implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and support experience
  • Experience dealing with end users
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
